Having spent over 20 years working as a team leader, project manager and interior designer on multi-million-pound developments, I understand first-hand the pace, pressure and demands of modern working environments.

That lived experience shapes the way I approach workplace wellbeing, creating sessions that feel accessible, supportive and genuinely useful for real people navigating busy working lives.

Bridging Corporate Experience & Body-Based Practice

Following a conscious shift in direction, I now draw on Qi Gong, somatic movement, breathwork and Traditional Chinese Medicine to help people reconnect with themselves through movement, rest and nervous system support.

Sessions are gentle, practical and accessible, offering simple tools to support stress recovery, focus, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing in the workplace.
