Qi Gong for Yoga Teachers.

A 30 hour CPD Training.

Integrate the principles of Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine into your yoga teaching.

Explore the philosophy and practice behind Qi Gong, so you can weave its principles naturally into the yoga classes you already teach understanding not just what to teach, but why.

Perhaps you've experienced something like this...

You've started introducing a few Qi Gong movements into your classes because they feel calming, grounding or energising...

...only to find yourself wondering:

  • What is this movement actually doing?

  • Where does it fit within my class?

  • Is it building energy or settling it?

  • How do I explain it to my students?

Or perhaps you've become curious about Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Five Elements and meridians, but aren't sure how these ideas relate to yoga in a practical way.

You're not alone.

Many yoga teachers are naturally drawn to Qi Gong, but never have the opportunity to learn the energetic principles that give the movements their meaning.

No previous experience of Qi Gong is needed.

This programme is designed for yoga teachers who want to integrate these principles into the classes they already teach.

This training isn't about collecting more movements.

It's about understanding the principles that give those movements meaning.

Together we'll explore how Traditional Chinese Medicine offers another lens through which to understand movement, energy and the people you teach.

You'll begin asking questions such as:

  • What quality of energy am I cultivating?

  • Is this movement building, circulating or settling energy?

  • How might the Five Elements influence my sequencing?

  • What intention do I want students to leave with?

  • How can Qi Gong complement the yoga I'm already teaching?

By the end of the programme you'll be able to:

✓ Confidently integrate Qi Gong into your existing yoga classes.

✓ Understand the energetic principles beneath the movements you teach.

✓ Use Traditional Chinese Medicine as another lens for sequencing and class planning.

✓ Teach with greater intention, confidence and clarity.

✓ Design classes that intentionally cultivate different energetic qualities using the principles of Qi Gong.

What we'll explore together...

Inside the programme we'll explore:

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine fundamentals

  • Yin & Yang

  • The Five Elements

  • Qi and the meridian system

  • Foundational Qi Gong practices

  • Energetic sequencing

  • Acupressure

  • Practical ways to integrate Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine into the yoga classes you already teach.

This isn't a Qi Gong teacher training.

It's a practical bridge between Qi Gong and modern yoga teaching.

Designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to confidently weave these principles into the classes they already love teaching.

Why I'm creating this.

Alongside teaching Qi Gong and Yin Yoga, I've become increasingly interested in how Traditional Chinese Medicine offers another lens through which we can understand movement, energy and sequencing.

Over time, I noticed something.

Many yoga teachers are naturally drawn to Qi Gong. They intuitively choose movements that feel grounding, nourishing or calming, yet often don't have the opportunity to learn the energetic principles that sit beneath them.

This programme grew from that observation.

It's designed to help yoga teachers integrate Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine into the classes they already teach, so they can teach with greater understanding, intention and clarity.
