QI GONG FOR YOGA TEACHERS

A CPD Training

Learn how to confidently integrate Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element wisdom into the classes you already teach.

Perhaps you've found yourself weaving Qi Gong movements into classes because they feel nourishing, grounding or supportive in your own body.

Perhaps you've borrowed a movement here and there from a class or training, but still feel unsure what it supports energetically, where it belongs within a sequence, or how to speak about it with confidence.

Or maybe you've become curious about Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element Theory and meridians, and would love to understand how these principles might influence the way you sequence, theme and teach.

This training is designed for yoga teachers who want to move beyond collecting movements and begin teaching with energetic intention.

Together we'll explore questions such as...

• Is this movement building energy or settling it?

• Is it inviting more Yin or more Yang?

• Which direction is Qi moving?

• What does this movement support?

• If I'm working with Water and Fire together, what order feels most supportive?

• What quality do I hope students leave the room with?

Inside the training we'll explore Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element Theory, meridians, Qi Gong practices, energetic sequencing, acupressure and practical ways to integrate these ideas into Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa flow and somatic movement.

This isn't a full Qi Gong teacher training.

It's a practical bridge between Qi Gong and modern yoga teaching, helping you understand the principles underneath the movements you're already drawn to and confidently weave them into the classes you already teach.

I'm currently creating the programme and would love to share the journey with you.
